DO IT: YOUR SOURCE OF HAPPINESS

It is said that laughter relaxes your body, reduce stress and boosts your immune system. Doing what you love everyday will increase your happiness which can lead to overall improved health. Research shows that a good laughter can help to relieve physical tension and stress, and leave your muscles relaxed for up to 45minutes afterwards.You know, most people tends to involve themselves in anything that won't boost their happiness, they do it because others are doing, others go extremile studying a course or pursuing a life career just because Mr A is studying something.., of what benefit will it be to you that you starve your happiness all in the name of friends, of what gain is it that you embrace gloominess all because you want to fit in..? Forget about friends for it's all about you, don't try fitting in, try standing out, because in so doing you shine BRIGHT!!!
